Led and coordinates to clean up over NT$20 million stock that 
inherited from the predecessors within 8 months.  
Developed sales and customer service strategy, conducted needs analysis and developed training courses for sales people increasing overseas client and distributor.  
Expressed the business toward Cambodia and Philippines within 6 months including fuel cell power generator and Heat Pump, which KAORI didn't make it successfully before 

• Built and grew independent national sales in charge of on-site sales training, goal setting, product development and promotion.
• Led and coordinates to reduce over US$0.4 million bad debit in 6 months and clean up over US$0.7 million stock that inherited from the predecessors.
• In partnership with equipment manufacturers, distributors, and resellers developed strategies and plans expands the opportunity and sales channel for direct marketing and new project development.
