因為嚮往芬蘭的教育方式，我自進入大學就積極準備英文能力，大三時成功爭取到系上至芬蘭JAMK大學交換學生的機會，在那裡我選修了社區護理及精神護理課程，除了體驗芬蘭翻轉教育的學習方式，也實際走訪不同醫療單位了解不同照護模式。
