Manage medical device development project starting from project intake process, device design, DFM&A, tool/ mold development and manufacture, design verification, validation, up-to mass production, also provide support during product life-cycle management, assess scale-up plan and assist investigations for complaints and other after-sales support. Accomplishment: > Successfully lead the team on an Emergency Device Project Root-cause Analysis for device design improvement critical to new device upgrade. Also manages to completed main milestones up to Design Verification within the planned timeline and budget, with good quality as intended by the design. > Completed Container-Free Release implementation project on one of the highest volume product, receiving Improvement Award and Kaizen Award from one of the company's valuable customer. The project was completed in timely manner with good quality, and within estimated budget. (Improvement value equals to 7 tons less CO2 emissions in the next 5 years. Furthermore, create customer value enabling the converted pre-filled syringe to be manufactured into final products and released to patients.) > Provide guidance and coaching support for Junior Project Manager in the team for Project Intake Processes, establishing Standard Project Timeline, while emphasizing strong fundamental in Project Management and communication skills.

Completed automation machine implementation of more than 3 different customers' factory. Assists in product development, market research and marketing processes. Manage project status and schedule, reporting to the head of Automation Solution Department. Assist sales process, proposal proposal making and provide periodical sales data to higher level managers for future project feasibility assessment and decision making regarding company's business development.

Primarily responsible for establishing, monitoring and executing project plans. In charge of delivering projects that improve clients manufacturing efficiency by implementing automation, within time, on budget and to the highest standard. As a part time job during Bachelor studies, teach English to Kindergarten, Elementary and Junior high School students. Prepare teaching materials and home works. Plan student activities on special occasions.
