OrderPally is an e-commerce SaaS, which integrates multiple social channels, including Facebook, Instagram, LINE, one page stores and online stores.
• Third Party Social commerce features
Cooperated with third parties to expand the social commerce system, including 0-1 LINE LIVE development, and optimized LINE sales channel features. After the launch, the numbers of LINE channel sellers increased 46%, while orders surged by 79%.
• E-commerce KOL revenue-sharing system
Built the revenue-sharing business model for KOLs and 17LIVER, and led the development team of four members to develop the system. Within one month of its launch, the feature resulted in a 12% boost in revenue.
• Group-Buy 0-1 features
Collaborated with operations to pinpoint pain points among core customers, especially influential team buying initiators. Developed a platformization strategy, introducing the Group-Buy model to redirect consumer traffic. Led a four-member team in creating the initial Group-Buy sales channels.
• Introduce Data-Decision Making Process
Led to introduce Clarity and data driven decisions, work closely with UX designer to define the data success metrics.
• Introduce SCRUM and Host SCURM Meeting
Introduce standard process to a team of 15 members, and host the daily standup and retrospective meeting.
