I started working in Footlocker in Oct 2021, on the 3rd. I worked in Footlocker as a Sales Assistant, my job is to push the sales in order to hit the target sales. My role is simple, I take care of my department when there's no managers around. Making sure transactions are all in order, receipts that needs signature to be signed, replenishing stocks whenever I need to, assist my part timers when they need extra hand in serving customers or helping them to grab the shoes/accessories. Our goal is to make sure our customers leave the store in full satisfaction along with great customer service.

I started working at Vans during the year 2020, December. My role was to tie shoelaces, display shoes that are empty on the shelves, iron clothes to be displayed, done cashier whenever the person in charge is either in the toilet or on their break. I've been stationed in another department to assist the workers there, as the promoter. Whenever they're unsure about our products, I will assist them and serve customers to their needs.

My role at work is a full-time barista, I've done latte arts and drew on their season boards every season of those years working with them. I worked as a part-timer during the first 2 years, then slowly became a full-time flexi for the other years I've worked with them.
