My responsible is for maintaining high-caliber teams of Imagineers throughout the organization with the timely fulfillment of staffing requisitions across teams and functions. The role’s primary function is to create and execute recruitment strategies, branding initiatives, scalable interview processes, and manage the full candidate lifecycle including candidate sourcing, selection, closing, relationship management, and experience.
1. Ensures that Migo has the right talent at the right time through the active fulfillment of staffing requisitions across Migo’s teams and functions.
2. Continuously improves existing practices across the talent acquisition function to achieve optimal results.
3. Actively acquires the tools and skillsets needed to improve productivity and delivery of results.
