*Dharma Bhakti Nusantara is an Internet (ICT) management consultancy firm that predominantly performs services to legacy industries to achieve business objectives through implementation of digital & tech solution.
>ACHIEVEMENT:
1. Build & lead ICT business projects (from ideation to operation) for clients to establish new revenue stream or garner efficiency ex: increase revenue by 120% from new digital sales; decrease annual energy cost by 30% from IoT integration, etc.
2. Closed a B2B deal with valuation 10 billion+ rupiah in the first half of 2020, despite the pandemic, with a few more deals totalling 50 billion+ rupiah in the pipeline.
3. Lead 3 teams (+ outsourcing): Business development & Intelligence; Sales & Marketing; and PMO to manage total 8+ portfolio tech projects from various industries: retail, hospitality, real estate, etc
>RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Identify opportunities & develop business thesis, roadmap & strategy based on consolidated data insights and general trends for new business development as project owner/lead to generate new revenue streams, drive growth & grow sales channels.
2. Develop innovative business model; structure and oversee project's finance: P&L, Budget, Pricing, etc; and set up multiple negotiation roadmap and strategy to assure the successful closing of differing deals: sales, fundraising, sponsorship, partnership, etc.
3. Build high level brand & marketing strategy inc. Go-to-Market strategy, and oversee its execution to generate successful customer acquisition, retention and branding through multiple advertising channels and management of marketing agency.
4. Lead the operation of the business & execute operational strategy to meet business objectives milestones and KPIs (financial, quality, human aspect) with operational excellence.
5. Manage the interest of every stakeholders to ensure their buy-in and thus the success of the projects.
