Market Research and Exposure | Took part in consumer research, competitor research, and market value estimation. The company is currently stationed in accelerators such as NTHU Garage and AppWorks Accelerator #20, and was accepted to CES 2022 as the top 100 Taiwanese startup showcase companies from nearly 300 registrations. Supervisor | Overlooked a team of 6 students of CTPS (course of NTU), implemented A/B testing and USP to the Facebook ad strategy, and successfully more than doubled the CTR.

Creative Thinking | Event proposal was chosen from among 50 others, and eventually attracted over 70,000 people to take part. Cross-Department Communication | Conveyed the plan and concept of events my subteam was in charge of with the marketing team, filming team, and designing team, and ensured tasks were carried out as planned in due time.

Team Leader | Led a team of 11 people and carried out brand-new events during the COVID pandemic, with a satisfaction rate of 9/10, and a leadership satisfaction rate of 8/10 from within the team. Problem-solving | Implemented a quick-feedback communication system to decrease the possibility of small problems going out of control. Fast-thinking and the ability to improvise were also needed due to the unpredictability of the pandemic.

Cross-Cultural Communication | Worked and cooperated with the IMBA student council, which consists of students from across Asia, Europe, and America. Fast-learning | Was able to grasp the situation, needs, and difficulties of the department immediately upon being assigned the role. Held alumni reunion for alumni and current students to connect and interact despite the difference of time and space, attracting a total of 43 people; Held Domestic Information Session for prospective applicants to understand the curriculum and overall vibe of the department, and eventually more the quadrupled the number of applicants.
