・Explore new job candidates: Contact job seekers who applied for job opens and registered Mynavi's homepage.   
・Contact existing members.
・Interview job candidates, then introduce them to jobs that fit their careers and wants: Not only introduce job opens fit job seekers want, but also find out potentials that candidates haven't recognized by themselves.
 ・Advise how to write resumes: Check out candidates' resumes. If they should be corrected, I would give candidates a way how to write them. 
・Giving advice on job interviews: If candidates want to practice job interviews, give them some advice before they go to interviews.
 ・Setting interviews: adjustment schedule with candidates and corporations.
・Inform candidates of the results of interviews.
・Negotiate both candidates and corporations so that their wants can be matched if their wants (ex: pay, job contents) are not matched.
・Follow up candidates until getting a job offer by joining a company: Cope with candidates' uneasy points and problems.
・Basic translation work: translate job openings information (CN⇄JPN)
