我是栢郁雯，你也可以叫我Harper。我住在台南，是個土生土長的台南人，是家裡最小的成員。但是由於跟前面的姐姐年紀相差較大，父母從小就不斷告訴我，要學會勇敢主動學習事物，對於自己的事情需要負責任。
大學就讀於南臺科技大學的應用英文系，在學期間因為家庭經濟因素幾乎下課時間都在打工，也因此讓我更早步入職場學習生活之道。由於打工期間做的都是服務業，讓我發現，在服務客人的當下，讓我得到很大的愉悅感，也因此後來的工作也都偏向服務業為主。
目前的工作是網拍的客服兼出貨人員，在客人向我尋求諮詢的時候，我會傾聽對方的想法和需求，用我在工作上得到的資訊向客人介紹最完整的內容以及推薦最適合客人的方案，假如最後得到客人的讚賞以及反饋，也使我在工作上得到很多的成就感。
