Ensure each and everyone understands every detail of the training. Conduct internal training of GSD/refresher course to IE Team at least once a year CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT Support continuous improvement. Target at least 1 improvement per IE Supervisor Any improvement including systems, visual management and processes Continuously search processes/systems/machinery that can improve production line in terms of cost and productivity.
