~3 products’ owner for ATE wafer sort and final test distributed at 2 main OSATs.
Led MRB (Material Review Board) discussion weekly, sustaining activity such as product hold lot disposition on time to meet delivery (~25 lots per day).
Collaboration with OSATs, vendors, and internal teams for engineering matters.
Led cross-department investigation for the FT (Final test) electrical open/short problem, involved OSAT, vendor, FA lab, and assembly house. The project schedule is secured with effective troubleshooting steps led by me to avoid the failure of the product deployment.
