Responsible for the recruitment of specialist, mid and high level positions in head office and overseas projects,
End-to-end recruitment process ( organizing exams, performing competency based interviews)
Making exit interviews and analyzing the results to make necessary improvement across the organization,
Developing online assessment center applications for positions/projects oriented activities,
Updating all departments' organization charts,
Controlling all white collar employees' job descriptions are up-to-date in EDMS.
Follows up and keep update the Human Resources procedures in EDMS.
Improving relationships with universities and joining career days activities with universities, (ITU-ODTU)
Take an active role in supporting the internship program,
Supporting the execution of orientation program for interns,
Conducting ethics and compliance interviews and making reports with the sustainability and compliancw manager,
Completing the HR section of the GRI Sustainability report,
KVKK and ISO 27001 Information Security and Improvement and implementation of HR processes
Internal audit, through ISO 9001: 2015 Quality Control, audit of affiliated organizations and overseas project HR teams ( Georgia, Kazakhstan, Iraq, Russia / Tatarstan)
Assisting pre-qualification and tender process, (Answering questionaire, select key personel, updating their resume)
