Responsible for organically developing and growing client relationships, recognizing and realizing opportunities, and ensuring flawless execution of campaigns.
Serve as liaison between client and all internal departments for the execution of all campaigns
Ensure successful on-boarding of new clients and team members by facilitating seamless transitions, implementing, and enforcing necessary processes (and sometimes creating new ones), and upholding service level agreements.
Develop strong relationships with clients, acting as a go-to person for day-to-day questions related to the operations of the business and campaigns for the brand
Develop client presentations and recaps under guidance of Director.
Facilitate and help lead regular internal business reviews to ensure alignment around campaign performance, timing, and client expectations. Help set business forecasts internally.
Oversee and hold others accountable for ensuring daily performance across channels including, but not limited to, SEM, programmatic, paid social, audio, direct digital and content partnerships, OOH, etc.
Ensure the accuracy of client estimates, budgets, reconciliations, and invoices for all services
Collaborate with inter-agency departments to build client proposals (both requested as well as proactive), gather budget inputs and predictive metrics, kick off and manage creative process, and provide thoughtful analysis and future recommendations to our clients
Oversight of the development, execution, tracking, and reporting of media campaigns - on-time, on-budget, on-goal, to the right target, and for the right reasons
Build, develop, oversee, and enforce full compliance of a critical path to ensure campaign delivery, client management, and communication is at the forefront of our business.
Oversight of flawless media execution –Work in compliance with client approved process; Proactively find ways for continuous optimization with media team; work collaboratively to communicate all estimated costs associated with project.
Push the boundaries to ensure you/your team is as effective and valuable as possible - you know the rules, now you know when to break them.
Demonstrate a solid understanding of client’s business and industry. Don’t just accept status quo – proactively provide recommended solutions, stay in the know with the latest trends, and bring leadership and value to our clients.
Collaborate with subject matter experts + Director to develop innovative solutions to the problems facing clients and ensure consensus around scoping, project approach, etc
Manage at least one account executive/coordinator. Coach them, teach them, and grow them. Evaluate staffing conditions to balance workload and profitability.
Stay current. Though your research and practice, stay ahead of the latest updates regarding tools, techniques and methods related to digital media
Compile client research, competitive data, and digital landscape information to share with broader client team on ongoing basis
