Inventory planning: • Manage demand/supply forecasting, replenishment, and inventory optimization through S&OP. • Leverage Thermo Fisher PPI tools and cross-function Kaizen events to optimize the process, improve LIFR KPI & reduce E&O inventory. • Collaborate with 3PL warehouse to identify process improvement and meet shipment fulfillment.
