- Operated 7+ platforms, have brought 3000+ followers on Shopee store within 6 months and kept the store review consistently a 5/5.
- Implemented promotions and activities, led to 22% growth MoM on Shopee store, and once increased Shopee Ad ROAS to 24.
- Worked closely with other teams, participated in average 4 activities' banners design monthly.
- Reviewed platforms' performance, reconciled and generated reports monthly, revamped warehouse manage process and improved the efficiency by 200%.
- Managed Supported offline activities and documents translation.
