• Planned, managed, and oversaw all elements of production in the factory. Implemented JDAAT project which helped in increasing production by 8 Units per week. • Set up new production line, divided work between workstation as per workflow, Time study and analysis of work at each station. Developed Automation process to standardize the work and set up audit process to remove quality issues. Won the Quality Excellence Award for my production line. • Assessed and analyzed current Production method and made necessary changes as per requirement of the team as per changes in design, work studies. Improved TAKT time by 10 minutes by reducing inspection time. • Conducted time motion studies and divided the work equally in all departments. • Removed bottlenecks from production line to increase TAKT time for improvement in production line. Removed bottleneck of 15 mins and reduced it to 8 minutes by dividing the station into substations. • Used WPlanner software to input all the production steps into the software and made sure that all the necessary information with the steps e.g., OMS diagrams, KPIs, PFMEA scores, Important steps regarding auditing were uploaded with the steps. Presented data to the senior management on monthly basis. • Made sure that Kaizen continues improvement projects are implemented to improve safety, Production, Manufacturing techniques, satisfaction of the operators and quality. Improved Quality index to 1.23 points and won the prize for the department. • Collaborated with different departments to improve different conditions on the production line. • Made necessary changes on the production line to improve quality. • Handled various problems occurred during production to make sure that production runs smooth and there is minimal time loss. • Educated employees on proper methods in which to operate machinery and cover the work at workstations. • Diagnosed origins of breakdown, including human errors and troubleshooted the problems. • Communicated with clients and vendors to obtain materials and equipment needed and tested them. • Worked with set budgetary plans to implement the budgets and have showed improvements to the management. • Followed and adhered to all the federal, states and company enforced safety rules and regulations. • Increased speeds and efficiency of the processes without compromising quality

. Worked with professor to create Virtual Lab Course for freshman and sophomore students with the use of various quality concepts and applying them in the industry. . Worked on MATLAB and CATIA to create the path for virtual lab.
