• Led a team of 11 software engineers to develop OnePlus smartphone and OxygenOS 11 by using Agile.
Defined overall product positioning and development strategy, integrated resources, set goals and priorities,
managed project delivery, and optimized user experience.
• Designed and launched the primary function - Canvas AOD by managing the overall planning, testing, progress, quality control, and details in just 2 months, which created a 4.0-star rating on Google Play. Also, released Canvas 2.0 version in OxygenOS 12.
• Integrated the Launcher of Oppo and OnePlus. Successfully upgraded to Oppo ColorOS13 smoothly by managing system upgrades and data migration, evaluating solutions and risks, conducting thorough testing, and completing the release on time.
• Proactively led the integration of Google Feed and OnePlus Shelf. Integrated with Google Library, communicated with Google PM, designed a smooth switch experience for users, and maintained our unique feature – Minus One Screen View at the same time for a win-win situation.
• Quickly analyzed and resolved various technical and complex issues covering SystemUI stability, memory
optimization (native heap), performance tuning, and ANR analysis, and achieved the performance target at
EVT, DVT, and MP stages.
• Collaborated effectively with cross-functional teams (product, testing, UX/UI, system, and SystemUI), united as ONE team through Scrum Master management, and managed outsourcing vendors for interviews, task allocation, and performance review.

• Provided technical expertise, strategy planning, and roadmap throughout the product life cycle by leading a team of 9 developers as the Head of Launcher (from OnePlus5 to OnePlus12 models). Supervised and
developed new features such as Launcher, wallpaper, shelf, PAI, App hider, gestures, etc.
• Managed and maintained Launcher stability as the key person in charge. Achieved a 99.5% crash-free rate, won the No.1 performance with the team in the company and created a 4.3-star rating on Google Play.
• From scratch, developed the highlight feature "Full-screen Gesture 2.0" in Android P within 2 months.
Optimized code and variables, solved smoothness issues with gestures, reduced significant load time and achieved the best user experience.
• Improved frame rate by 150% (from 60 to 90 fps) by solving power consumption issues - achieved OpenGL
power consumption equivalent to video playback. Developed dynamic Wallpaper effects by collaborating with Germany's design company to achieve on-time delivery.
