Product Owner (2020-2022) • Led a team of 11 software engineers to develop OnePlus smartphone and OxygenOS 11 by using Agile. Defined overall product positioning and development strategy, integrated resources, set goals and priorities, managed project delivery, and optimized user experience. • Designed and launched the primary function - Canvas AOD by managing the overall planning, testing, progress, quality control, and details in just 2 months, which created a 4.0-star rating on Google Play. Also, released Canvas 2.0 version in OxygenOS 12. • Integrated the Launcher of Oppo and OnePlus. Successfully upgraded to Oppo ColorOS13 smoothly by managing system upgrades and data migration, evaluating solutions and risks, conducting thorough testing, and completing the release on time. • Proactively led the integration of Google Feed and OnePlus Shelf.
