The recipient of a bachelor's degree in international relations from Roanoke College and an MBA in business from Northeastern University, Jerry Cain is an experienced finance executive who began his career in 2002 as owner and operator of his own firm. He spent 4 years in this role before joining RPM as manager. Jerry Cain has since worked as director at Crossroads Capital Partners, Harbert Management Corporation, and Lazard Freres & Co. From 2018 to 2020, Jerry Cain oversaw private fund advisory and capital raising for the Americas at JLL as the real estate services firm's head of funds advisory. He presently leads capital raising activities as managing director of Slate Asset Management. In addition to his expertise in capital raising, Mr. Cain has extensive experience in distribution and investor relationship management. Outside of his professional pursuits, he enjoys spending time with his family and pursuing leisure activities such as golf, tennis, and platform tennis.
