From a start up to moving up the ladder its been a wonderful Journey, Indegene is giving me an all over experience with managing international clients and the internal team as well. Started the journey with Indegene by handling APAC projects, also by managing Projects with in JIRA and going up to creating Dashboard in Power BI for the internal team which gave an insight on the overall status of the project to Revenue Recognition. Also making sure the Deliverables are submitted on time by the team and sorting any Road blocks if surfaced. Also using my Technical Knowledge to understand and provide the best solution to the clients and working in smart and efficient way.

In Scwebs, Starting with a single role and polished to work multi-role ,from being a full stack developer to a Business Analyst to a Project Management. Though the main stream was development but have also worked on other roles such as Business Analyst(Providing ideas and insights on how to grow a product or how to handle the clients), Maintaining the server, Clients Management(Mainly to get the resources from the clients, interaction with them during the development of a project, collecting the necessary data from the clients), Deploying the projects to the server and configuring the server as per the project, Have tried my hands on Digital Marketing as well and it was for a short duration but indeed successful. Have represented BNI on behalf of the company. Have been exposed to working as a team as well as individually. I have worked on various services of SCWEBS. Most of our projects are based on php, we also use technologies such as: Php, JS, Html Css, Angular and many more. To start with the products, i have worked on several projects, to name some we have an inhouse code automation tool called as Codecifer and i worked on the python with the framework Django during my initial days. Have worked on numerous web applications[static as well as dynamic], I also work on a lot of Designing tasks such as building E-mail templates for our Products, Brochures, Marketing Materials for Digital Marketing. I have helped set up a lot of our unit, build/deploy plans. Also other process improvement tasks like slack notification services and Bit Bucket/GitHub API services. We use bitbucket for our git repositories and confluence/github pages for our documentation. All our work is setup on CentOS and have used windows for editing and designing.

The main objective of the project was to analyze the logs that was generated by the product Channel Manager and to track down the issues that was affecting the performance of the product.
