您好，我是張純芳，您可以稱呼我為Kate。
由於過去在大學期間融入多國文化環境的經歷以及我對關注國際新聞或時事的興趣，
激發並加深了我在公共外交領域和企業之永續發展領域之面向的關切與持續研究。
這不僅加強了我在團隊衝突上的處理技巧、維護人際關係等，還幫助了我不停朝向並
增強我長期職業目標的實務能力: 即成為企業未來的ESG經理以實現公司的永續發展
，也為著提供一個彈性的環境來維持公司內部/外部利害關係者之間的良好關係。
我的特別之處及我未來可為貴公司所做出之貢獻:
我將根據過去參與商業相關比賽的經歷說明之，這些經歷培養了我在解決問題或專案
時可以經常使用的三個必備條件:
1.將創造力與邏輯思維相結合的能力。
2.在靈活的環境/工作場所中擔任領導角色的能力。
3. 在任何情況下都能快速找到重點。
通過不斷的練習上述條件，可以增強我解決問題的能力和直覺決策之能力，以便在未
來為公司做出更多的貢獻，例如提出創造性的解決方案，或者在遇到多個問題/障礙時
快速解決難題。

Due to my experience of integrating in a multinational culture environment and
my interest to follow up the international news or current issues, which trigger
my enthusiasm and to pursue a further education into the field of public
diplomacy, and sustainable development field.
It is for me to strengthen my skills in handling the community conflicts, and to
maintain the interpersonal relationship, which is for my long-term career goal,
to become the ESG manager by carrying out company’s sustainable
development, also provide a elastic environment to maintain good relationship
among the company's internal/external stakeholders.
Special things about me and how I manage to make contributions towards your
company in the future will be due to my experience of participating in the
business-related competition, which cultivates my three prerequisites that can
be frequently used in solving the projects or cases.
which are:
1.The ability to combine creativity with logical thinking.
2.The capacity to take over the leadership role in a flexible
environment/workplace.
3. To quickly get to the point in any kind of circumstances.
The three prerequisites simply mean that by constantly practicing, I can enlarge
my problem-solving skills and the ability of intuitive decisional skills in order
to make more contributions, such as to propose a creative solution, or to
quickly conduct multiple problems/ obstacles when faced for you.
