I have 4.1 years of experience as a Senior Process Executive where in i handle inbound,outbound calls.Also worked in complaints team as a coach by handling a team of 9.Later moved to Billing Assurance Team in which is business to business.In this team we handle the Engineer visit charges that Openreach Charges to customers for the engineer to pay visit to their homes to get the issue resolved.We check the work carried by the engineer and dispute or maintain the charges accordingly.
