I discovered at LAU that life is unfair, particularly the grading system. Students who constantly praise or pay their teachers can get good grades, but those who don't risk failing or receiving lesser grades. Likewise, they lied to me in order for me to come, treated me with disrespect, and did not defend me after a teacher verbally attacked me, slapped my hand with his hand, and threatened to hit me with a ruler the next time. They even issued a warning to me for expressing the truth, but I don't regret it since my voice matters and perhaps I had an impact on someone's life.
