My research utilized optical instruments to study biophysics, from using FRET combined with super-resolution microscopy, to in vitro transcription assay using optical tweezers. Experienced in fixing optics, optimizing microfluidics, analyzing dynamic data and fluorescence images. Experienced in molecular biology and cell biology experiments from tissue culture to protein expression.
