1.Serve as liaison between the logistics and the customer service department, find and discuss how to solve the problems customers encounter in the logistics process.
2.As an internal consultant of the Department, review the business process and put forward improvement plans.
Major Accomplishments
Coordinated international department to enhance logistics process issue, we have improved 46 issue last year, and the project implementation rate reached 96%.
Planned chatbot flow to improve 14% of chatbot user experience.
Design a better service process to reduce the 16% average process time.
