1. USB Flash Drive/Portable HDD branding product line planning and management. (2004~2008)
2. Wifi Storage product line planning and management. (2008~2009)
3. Accessories of Apple mobile device product planning and management. (2010~2013)
4. Marketing analysis of competitors’ technical capability and product niche.
5. New product market researching, cost estimating, pricing strategy, schedule planning, resource allocation, and coordination.
6. Outsourced factories management.
Achievement:
1. In 2006, the world's first business card-type flash drive was successfully listed and won the Taiwan Excellence Award, the German IF Design Award, the Japanese Good Design Award, and the American IDEA Design Award.
2. Successfully converged the USB flash drive product line into 3 platforms to achieve efficient material preparation and reduce manufacturing costs, and created the highest sales record for the company's USB flash drive product line in 2008, with an annual turnover of NT$6 billion.
4. Developed wireless storage products line, let PQI become the first total solution provider of branding company in the global market. Wireless SD card won TOSHIBA OEM 100k pcs order
5. Established PQI accessory product line, developed MFi (Made for iPhone/iPad/iPod) through cooperation with outsourcing vendors, and successfully sold in apple store and authorized stores.
6. OEM/ODM: PHILIPS, TOSHIBA, AIGO, SWAROVSKI.
7. Joint marketing: 2006 FIFA World Cup, National Palace Museum, Taiwan painter Chu Teh-Chun.
