Global Logistic Manager - Parts Owner
1. Make end user failure parts assurance terms with vendors, and negotiate the return rule in each region. In charge of parts as following, adapter, battery, camera, keyboard, mouse, WLAN...etc.
2. Follow the regulations in each country to set up bad parts return process and announce to each ASUS hub over the world.
3. Cooperate with sourcer team, QBR inputs every quarter for vendors.
4. Improve the warranty rule with vendors to save more credit from vendor. (In 2022, improve the adapter saving rate 10% in EU region.)
5. For urgent shortage case, part owner need to set up process to test to save those actual good not fail parts. Collect these good parts to let planner reuse in refurbishment process.
Global Logistic Manager - RTV center (Hub) Owner
1. In charge of ASUS Europe bad parts manage center in Czech Republic, which called RTV center(Return toVendor). Passing all the process and terms through HQ to RTV center.
2. In 2022, through consistent visaul inspection rule with HQ, LCD panel saving increases 10%(30K) permonth.
3. To monitor all the KPI in RTV center includes receiving, test, packing, RTV with vendors.
Global Logistic Manager - Project Management
1. Host a meeting with RTV center and repair center, planning all product line repair schedule and routingevery week. In order to let MAINBOARD safety stock enough(no need to buy new material), I need to makesure the RTV center ship enough quantity to make it balance.
2. Create a system rather than manual sorting filter bi-weekly. Owner can set up rules from multi-perspectivethiking, and use different routing to reduce operation cost in whole process.
3. Create 2 RTV dashboard that combine several system data in ASUS to let user do data analisis much moreeasier. Through customized UI surface, user can monitor the success rate by part number or group toimprove their work.
4. Cooperate with IT to create a data sorting system that reduce 70% labor time to apply parts assurancewith vendors weekly.
