●Co-ordination, preparation, and compilation of complete, compliant and professional proposal documentation, both technical and commercial, for submission to clients in line with client bid documents and tender deadlines. ● Review of Tender documents on receipt to ensure their completeness. ● Scrutiny of tender documents and evaluating tender documents, drawings, and schedules. ● Floating Inquiries to Suppliers/Manufacturers and Comparison studies based on supplier quotations. ● Based on client's budget constraints for any specific project, carrying out value engineering studies ● Provide detailed written quotations ● Provide the compliance/deviation list with the Quotes. ● Preparation and issue to client of appropriate and concise commercial and technical requests for clarification to client during the tender period. ● Prepare the RFQ with technical details for the vendor items and review the vendor technical offers in compliance with the tender requirements. ● Optimize the equipment and items selection and preparation of realistic and final overall cost ● Utilization of available resources to respond fully to client Expression of Interest and Pre-Qualification requirements. ● Review & understanding the piping design tender documents (piping design basics, scope of work, piping material specification) and client requirements. ● Review project to start gaining an understanding of the overall scope of the project. ● Study of process flow diagram (PFD) and piping & instrumentation diagram (P&ID). ● Preparation of technical datasheets.
