-Prepare and reviews engineering design documentation including P&ID’s, technical datasheets, mechanical fabrication drawings, vendor supplied drawings and design review. -Create new equipment designs and/or modify existing system designs with a focus upon lower cost, improved manufacturability, increased product performance, and higher overall product quality. -Specify, analyze and design mechanical components and sub-systems with a focus on simplicity and manufacturability. -Preparation of fabrication, assembly drawings for packaged equipment, engineering calculations. -3D modelling using Creo, for assembly and piping design of skid packages. -Prepare & check materials take-offs and bill of materials. -Review of vendor drawings for Sub-Equipment / Package items -Coordinate project implementation with vendors, facility engineering, project engineering and production teams. -Manage drawings and records to demonstrate procedural compliance with QA activities for internal reviews -Preparation of Plot Plans in accordance with Project requirements and standards. -Prepare 2D equipment layout, piping layout, general arrangement drawings, piping isometrics and detail drawings using Autocad. -Ensure that all work is completed without compromise to quality and is delivered according to the project schedule. -Preparation of proposal & concept drawings.
