· Responsible for the full sales cycle activities for B2B clients, as well as managing various aspects of e-commerce sales. Handle multiple e-commerce platforms.
· Set up sales targets and define KPIs for the department, ensuring alignment with the company's goals and objectives.
· Develop pricing strategies for both wholesale and retail sales, considering factors such as product costs, shipping costs, and market demand. Responsible for creating and evaluating business contracts.

· Implementing digital marketing strategies for e-commerce platforms and website throughout the marketing funnel and customer journey involves a systematic approach to attract, engage, and convert customers.
· Plan and schedule promotion strategies for B2B and e-commerce platforms, including social media and e-commerce advertising for the company's brand products. Collaborate with key opinion leaders (KOLs).
· Collaborate with other divisions to prepare for international exhibitions and conferences, showcasing the company’s products.
· Content Creation and Third-Party Collaboration: arrange content creation and collaborate with third parties on sales and marketing-related tasks.
· Oversee shipping preferences, business policies, templates, and table rates for all countries on e-commerce platforms. Manage shipping and export-related tasks in collaboration with couriers and forwarders.
· Conduct market research and collaborate with the R&D division to plan new product development, ensuring alignment with market needs and customer preferences.
· Handle sales/channel conflicts or violations and develop action plans to resolve issues effectively.
· Set standards for customer service and CRM for B2B clients and e-commerce platforms, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
