Responsible for the whole business operation in Denmark. Started Barona IT in Denmark from scratch. Revenue went from 0 DKK in 2017 to 5.5 million DKK in 2018. (26 mill. NTD).
Work responsibilities includes but not limited to:
Responsible for all HR related task Recruiting from A-Z, salary, holiday, legal matters and employee development on & off boarding
- Results: Recruited our 30+ consultants, salary negotiations, development of employees for all employees
Responsible for workforce planning: Coordinating and matching our consultants to client projects based on their skills & interests
- Results: our 30+ consultants was spread out all over Denmark, with a SLA of 94%
Responsible for guiding & supporting management in Finland regarding legal matters in Denmark, market research & labor laws
Responsible for administrative work: Updating and maintaining consultant database and scheduled activities in our staffing system
- Results: Implemented & maintained a HR employee database, setup a system for payroll and wrote an employee guidebook. Setup & implemented a HRIS and ATS system for the office
Responsible for Organizational development for the company
- Results: Expanded our customer portfolio from 0 - 6 nation wide customers. Revenue went from 0 DKK in 2017 to 5.5 mil. DKK in 2018
Responsible for employee development
- Result: Many of our consultants could after being enlisted in courses and trainings take bigger projects with more responsibility
