Michael Chavira is the Co-Founder and Managing Partner at Axiologic Solutions with over fifteen years of experience in sensor development and integration, systems engineering, enterprise architecture and leader. A graduate of the University of Wyoming with a BS in Mechanical Engineering, via the OCS program, he became a nuclear officer and then an intelligence officer in the United States Navy. Before starting Axiologic Solutions, he worked at Applied Synergistics then went onto support Booz Allen Hamilton where he was able to apply this knowledge to develop and integrate sensor systems for the US Army and our war fighters. Learning the value of a strong education during his military career, he continued his education and earned an MBA, Masters in Systems Engineering and a Masters in Finance. Today, he is driven to create a challenging and fun, entrepreneurial work environment that balances a small company idea-driven culture with large company stability and growth. When he's not working, he can be found training for iron man races around the country and exploring different parts of the world.
