One of the most important HRD tasks is planning. There are many plans that can be done such
as program planning and workforce planning. When planning a program, there are many things
that must be prepared, one of which is human resources. Each program must have different
workforce requirements.
- Organizing Recruitment and Selection
The second task of HRD is to carry out recruitment and selection. Recruitment is needed to find and find potential employees (HR). However, to do so, you have to go through a series of processes starting from administration, psychological tests, to interviews.
