⇢ Responsible for the development, execution, analysis and optimization of performance marketing campaigns
⇢ Managing and driving results across channels including but not limited to Paid Social, Paid Search, Video, Re-Marketing
⇢ Delivering on weekly/monthly/quarterly targets by performance marketing channel for sales, budget and KPIs
⇢ Managing the performance marketing budget and ensuring spend is efficiently driving towards KPI targets
⇢ Continuously testing and optimising ad copy, landing pages, creative, audience targets and other variables to improve performance of campaigns
⇢ Working with internal stakeholders and outside partners to model acquisition and retention forecasts
⇢ Developing weekly/monthly/quarterly and ad hoc reporting for performance by channel, acquisition & retention targets and overall KPIs
⇢ Partnering with brand marketing & creative to establish the creative process & pipeline for performance marketing campaigns and asset needs
⇢ Managing relationships with external performance marketing agencies & vendor
