During the year 2002, Roger Woolsey acquired an FBO franchisor with falling revenues and a restricted client base. For the third year in a row, Professional Pilot Magazine recognized Mr. Woolsey the "Best Large FBO Chain" because of his leadership and results-oriented approach to creating a new vision, culture, and image for the whole chain. A total of 29 new FBO associates have joined the network. In 2003 and 2006, NetJets recognized two of Million Air's franchise FBOs as "FBOs of the Year.
