專案前端規劃:產品規格書、Schedule、KPL、NRE...與業務和RD開會了解消費者需求與技術面的可行性,並與合作夥伴(ex: CPU廠商Intel, AMD...)合作,共同規劃、討論專案細節。
試產專案執行:實際參與、帶領每項專案進行不同階段的測試與開發,跨部門溝通合作,與工廠、工程師、採購去規劃每項測試的時程、物料、測試進度等...讓產品能從NPI階段release到量產出貨。
Market analysis: Create product specification and do related market research to apply and plan to design laptop products that can meet company's position and customer's need.
Project front-end planning: Related project document need to prepare include product specification, schedule, material list, NRE, BOM cost, arrange meeting with sales and engineers to understand customers' demand and technical feasibility, cooperating with partners(ex: CPU vendors: Intel, AMD) to plan and kickoff a project.
