Organized the highest standard exhibition in the history of Taiwan-Japan economic and trade exchange activities - “Taiwan Expo in Japan”. Led a PR Team of 22 people, responsible for the opening ceremony and event promotion. The event attracted over 20,000 visitors in 3 days, generated business opportunities worth 85 million USD, and was reported by news media such as NHK.

Responsible for the bridge-building project with Japan’s seven major trading companies. Representing TAITRA, I conducted several new business developments with large Japanese trading companies. This includes: Toyota Tsusho’s drone business cooperation with Taiwanese companies, Honda Tsusho’s cooperation with Taiwanese automation equipment companies, Honda Tsusho’s cooperation with Taiwanese electric bicycle subsidy companies, Sumitomo Corporation’s cooperation with Taiwanese textile companies, and many more. On average, more than 10 cases of cooperation between Taiwanese companies and large Japanese companies are facilitated each year.

Organized several large-scale trade visit group activities from Taiwan to Japan, such as the “Japan Consumer Products Promotion Group” and the “Precision Components Promotion Group”. The “Japan Consumer Products Promotion Group” event in 2023 hosted 81 Taiwanese companies and 1,453 Japanese professional buyers participated. It was reported by Taiwan’s Central News Agency.
