As a Software Architect, I look into all the architectural changes and implementation of website, front end, database and codebase. Ensure the implementation of best coding practices, database optimization, code optimization and planning and architectural design for the new features.

As a team lead, I am responsible for my team's tasks, estimations, deadlines and the growth of my team, both in technical and non-technical/personal terms. I lead my team in their daily tasks and plan their tasks in order to the company's goal. I have to keep the moral of my team high, remove the hurdles, provide them a better environment and time for work, conduct their code reviews, meet them on daily basis, involve them in the architectural changes/discussions, pushing them and creating the ways to learn the emerging technologies.

As an Engineering Head, I took care of all the engineering work carrying out in the company. I implemented the processes like. CICD, code reviews, planning etc. across for my team. I worked on the security and optimization side of product. I made sure that none of my team member is working outside those processes. Such processes enhanced the productivity of my team and made the hectic programming life a breeze

As a product head and team lead, I worked on improving the company's product for doctors and patients. I led the team of 6 people including designers, mobile app developers, web developers and tester. I was responsible for the planning, product quality, embracing the new requirements and lead the team in way so, that they kept motivated and meet the deadlines in a productive and effective way.

As as software engineer, I have learned new skills for web development like PHP, Laravel, HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, JavaScript and much more. I have also improved my ability for problem solving.
