Ltd., Bangalore Initial Responsibilities : Involved in the setup a production lab for HPLC packing equipment for various sizes. Involved in the setup the lab for HPLC analysis and R&D applications. Involved in the Product design. Create the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for HPLC Column packing and column validation. Working Responsibilities : Do R&D for different column packing techniques with different chemistries. Optimize the column packing method for different chemistries in different sizes. Packing the HPLC columns for the different chemistries in a variable sizes and performed a columns validation using HPLC. Optimize the column validation procedure for different column sizes with different chemistries. Develop the method and analyze the customer analytes using Waters 2545 QPM and NexeraX2 HPLC / UHPLC instruments in Chromasol packed HPLC columns.
