此專案由正文與台灣大哥大合作，幫助家長在自己的手機透過APP管理小孩的手機，服務功能包含：過濾不當網頁、設定小孩手機應用程式的可用時段、限制小孩手機畫面只能接電話或撥打指定電話、提供小孩手機使用報告。有效防止小孩沉迷網路，養成小孩正確使用手機的習慣。
