Application Support Engineer
I worked in this company role as an Application Support Engineer This is a service Based software Company located in Sri Lanka. they are providing software services to their customers. 20K+ customers have been using their application on computers in the UK. It is a UK based SriLankan IT company. here my responsibilities are :

Software UI design and creating databases
Improving system quality by identifying issues and common patterns, and developing standard operating procedures
