ERS 360 provides various services for resellers as well as subscribers like credit transfer, top-up, reseller management & product management through various interfaces like web, USSD, PoS terminals & web services.

Assisting mobile dev team to resolve issues and reporting to management on quality of system maintenance activity and new releases with the inclusion of Appium automated suite having cucumber framework
Performed Database testing using SQL for unification of multiple products

Execution of test cases using cycles created on Jira using Zephyr
