1. Receive orders and in-depth discussions regarding customer needs, both via message and telephone, quickly and in a friendly manner.
2. Help customers resolve complaints calmly according to company procedures.
3. Perform channel optimization including completing product catalogs and submitting promos to the head of marketing.
4. Work closely with other staff and divisions to ensure orders are processed properly.
5. Enter up to 100 sales orders per day into the POS system.
