Parette Walker is a former public school teacher and long-time resident of Buffalo, New York. Walker worked as a teacher for the Buffalo Public School District her whole career until retiring as principal and administrator in August 2021. Parette Walker established herself as an accomplished teacher, administrator, and school leader throughout her career, devoting her work to developing a good, successful educational environment oriented on student well-being and devoted to enhancing the lives of young people. Parette Walker is a passionate and active member of the community, volunteering her time and energy to a variety of local organizations. Walker is a generous person who contributes her time to the local Links Organization as well as her church (Friendship Baptist). She also contributes to charities such as The United Way and the Muhammed School of Music on a monthly basis.
