Pat engages the leadership team as Vice President of Client Experience Strategy for American National Insurance / Financial Services to deliver greater value to clients, resulting in both top and bottom-line development for the company. He is an MBA and a seasoned businessperson who believes that truly successful organizations prioritize their dedication to their clients and the value they generate above all else. Financial strength, integrity, respect, service, and teamwork are all values he holds dear. American National is a multinational corporation with operations in all 50 states and Puerto Rico. Health, property, life, and casualty insurance policies are underwritten and issued by the company's subsidiaries. In addition, the firm sells annuities. It has received an A rating from Standard & Poor's and A.M. Best's Best Companies, and has been named to Forbes' list of "America's Best Insurance/Financial Services Companies in 2022."

Pat founded Uriah Corporation Holdings in 2001 as a real estate holding firm. Pat has negotiated, purchased, and overseen the growth of real estate holdings that have yielded considerable returns on investment as president and founder. Pat formerly worked at American National as a Strategic Business Practice Officer from 2013 until 2015.

KPMG was engaged by Mayor Guliani to supervise the cleanup of the World Trade Center disaster. Pat was one of three managers in charge of one of the firm's largest consulting assignments. He arrived on the scene a week after the disaster. The company helped New York City save $1 billion. He worked with over 50 Fortune 500 corporations and big non-profits while at KPMG. At the age of 38, Pat was promoted to the Officer Group at American National. Pat was instrumental in the establishment of American National's Client Experience Strategy and Focus. A committed team of 18 internal consultants has resulted from this approach.
