As the founding partner of the tech m&a boutique Western Hills Partners located in Portola Valley, California, Paul Tadashi Inouye has been overseeing its business development efforts and its transaction execution services since 2020. Under his direction, Western Hills provides strategic advisory services to tech software, services and internet clients. Before assuming his leadership role at Western Hills, Paul Tadashi Inouye served five years as a partner with the San Francisco offices of Union Square Advisors and three years as a managing director of the Palo Alto offices of Moelis & Company. Over the course of a career in the Silicon Valley technology sector that has spanned decades, Mr. Inouye developed long-term relationships with many of the leading companies in this area, including internet leaders such as Google, Amazon and Netflix, as well as software leaders such as HPE, Adobe Salesforce. Paul Tadashi Inouye also maintains an extensive network of relationships with growth and private equity firms that range from Alpine Investors to Riverwood Capital Partners.
