Paul Marchese
When Paul Marchese first entered the real world of law after school, he was taken aback by the impersonalness of the practice, especially trust and estate law. In this area of law, Paul saw that lawyers were more focused on adding to their billable hours rather than actually helping their clients. This impersonality created a dilemma for Paul; how could he provide the best possible service to his clients when the system was so focused on dehumanizing them?Fortunately, Paul was able to find a way to create a more personal relationship with his clients. By developing a rapport with them and truly getting to know them, he was able to provide the best possible service. In fact, many of Paul's clients have said that they felt more like family than anything else. Through Paul's efforts, it is clear that it is possible to provide quality service in an impersonal system.
