A commercial real estate broker in Summit, New Jersey, Peter Hedley has served as the director of leasing with Hilton Realty since 2015. Responsible for negotiating leases and deals for more than 5 million square feet of office and retail space, Peter Hedley and Hilton Realty’s property management team received the Outstanding Building of the Year Award from the New Jersey Chapter of the Building Owners and Managers Association in 2019. A graduate of Morristown-Beard School, Mr. Hedley holds a bachelor of arts in history from Lafayette College in Easton, Pennsylvania, where he currently serves on the leadership council. Before joining Hilton Realty, he spent several years as vice president with Avison Young, representing corporations and landlords in the acquisition and disposition of commercial real estate, as well as in lease negotiations and investment sales. In three years with the firm, Peter Hedley handled more than $3 million in deals and 3 million square feet of space. Outside of work, Mr. Hedley enjoys outdoor activities such as skiing, fishing, and surfing. He also likes to travel and attend concerts.
