As a startup cofounder, my daily job includes administration and not limits to project management of engineering, digi-marketing, manufacturing, financing, recruiting, and fundraising. Acquired 3 innovation patents in US, Taiwan, & China. The patents are the foundation we built the unique cryptographic platform to enable off-line streaming music on Audio wearable. Got chosen by 5 international accelerators, and won Taipei SBIR program, TIEC_CES, AWS cloud service supports. After acquiring seed round funding by USD 700,000 in 2018 we kept pursuing MVP via crowdfunding campaign on ZecZec in 2019. 2016年2月與夥伴初創 FuelStation Inc.矢志開發出一款支援串流音樂離線播放的營運平台與無線耳機，用戶無需仰賴手機、連線就能享受你愛的音樂．身為共同創辦人不僅得負擔行政管理，同時也以專案經理角色，負責產品開發、財務規劃、供應鏈管理、市場營銷及人員招募等． 運用第一筆天使投資在美國、台灣、大陸申請三項發明專利，奠定串流音樂離線播放的專利基礎；與此同時也獨力完成台北市產發局SBIR創新研發補助，成功取得科技部TIEC_CES參展贊助以及AWS新創補助等；另外在參與各大新創加速器的同時，也獲選HYPE第一屆運動新創首獎團隊． 2018年完成種子輪USD700K注資，充實營運資金後加速推進MVP，並在2019年在嘖嘖推出群募案．

Worked with product marketing team to grow Dell worldwide HID (Human Interface Device) business from $53M to $65M by driving supply chain for optimized flexible production capability, leveraging Logitech's innovated product portfolio, executing mutually beneficial funding program, and offering optimized work flow to improve processes efficiency. 2010~2015年Logitech工作期間，負責Dell全球PC周邊配件（如滑鼠、鍵盤），協同Product Marketing團隊，在PC市場低迷之際，將原年銷售美金5,300萬提升至美金6,500萬，憑藉著與供應鏈、工程開發團隊的緊密合作，在每個季度QBR斬獲優異評價，並在年度新案開發獲得客戶肯定．

📌 Achievement: ￭ Got full range TV project awarded of BestBuy house brand. ￭ Contributed about $220M sales and more than 50% margin in NAFTA (CA+US+MX) region by sole BestBuy account. Focused TV ODM project to craft "Product Strategy and Planning" for existing and prospective customers. In addition, execute precise tracking processes to ensure time-to-market and profitability in any rate. 2004年外貿協會ITI 國企班畢業後，便在SAMPO擔任電漿、液晶電視專案經理，負責Gateway, MAXENT, PHILIPS客戶，直到2008轉職至TPV擔任美加客戶產品經理，主要負責BestBuy_LCD TV自有品牌的專案開發，在工程與業務團隊協力下，囊獲BestBuy 七成以上(低中高階）產品線訂單，年度單一客戶貢獻額達美金2仟2百萬，涵蓋美加客戶50%以上毛利貢獻額．除了日常開發專案管理與客戶需求溝通外，也協同規劃產品Roadmap, 維護開案前RFI, RFQ, 以及季度QBR 等
