MFG unit. to serves as a consultant to management on human resource -
related issue.
. Recruiting :
- Provide guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning and succession planning.
- Conducts weekly report/meeting with business unit.
- Consult with line manager and provide HR guidance when appropriate.
- Plan to reach hiring target with HR/MFG members.
- Resume screen, phone interview, interview schedule arrangement.
- Analyse trends and metrics in partnership with HR group to develop
solutions, program and policies.
